The two stage maintenance refers to the regular and systematic maintenance of the mold according to the technical status and complexity of the mold. This maintenance work is done by mould maintenance personnel and records are maintained according to maintenance. The following describes the requirements and methods for different parts:
A, drawing die, punch, die:

B, guide parts (guide pillar, guide sleeve and guide plate, etc.):

C and trim edges:

D, spring and other elastic parts:
In the process of use, the spring is one of the most easily damaged parts of the mold, usually fracture and deformation. The approach is to replace, but the replacement process must pay attention to the spring of the specification and model of spring specifications with color, diameter and length of three, only three are in the same circumstances can change;
E, punch, punch:
Most of the punch and punch used in the die are made of standard parts, and the die is prone to break, bend and bite in the process of using the die. Damage to punches and covers is usually replaced by parts of the same specifications. The parameters of the punch mainly include the work part size, the installation part size, the length, size and so on;
F, fastening parts:
Check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged. The idea is to replace parts of the same size;
G, press and discharge parts:
Pressing parts such as pressure plate, rubber, unloading parts such as unloading, pneumatic lifting device etc.. During maintenance, check the assembly relation of each part for damage and repair the damaged parts. Check whether there is air leakage or not, and take measures to the specific situation. If the trachea is damaged, replace.
